In the rare instance that your personalised item arrives faulty or we have made a personalisation mistake - we will fully refund or exchange the item for you.
However please ensure we are notified via email within 3 working days of the fault or personalisation error.
Items excluded from our Returns Policy
Please note the following is excluded from our returns policy for any other reasons. Unfortunately we would not be able to accept returns for the following list of items.
- Personalised products
- Custom made products
- Items which have spelling errors due to customer input
- Items that are not faulty and are not returned in it's original condition
